I know what it's like to struggle to find time for yourself whether you're a working professional, parent, or both. After pregnancy, it was hard to get back into shape and I was frustrated by the lack of information there was about post-partum training. After going through my fair share of struggles to improve my health and fitness, I got my personal training certification through NASM to help women like me overcome those same struggles.
My goal is to help you to achieve your goals - whether it is to get stronger, more flexible, toned, or to just have a fun and healthy outlet. I understand the demands of being a busy professional - with work and home life to balance. So I create custom programs to accommodate your needs and I come to you to make training easy and convenient.
